g) h) Pass the official veterinary
inspection at an official AHHA Approval site

drug test will result in disapproval.
Removal of the Foal Crop Inspection Requirement
Change to Paragraph 3.2.5:
3.2.5. Foal Crop Inspection
3.2.5.1. Foals sired by an approved stallion during or prior to his probationary period will be examined by the AHHA Inspection Team to determine whether the stallion is passing any serious genetic defects. In questionable instances (i.e., insufficient number of foals), the AHHA Breeding and Registration Committee reserves the right to extend the probationary period for one year.
3.2.5.2
The inspection of foals will be conducted by a licensed veterinarian using a
list of genetic defects provided by the AHHA office. One hundred percent
(100%) of AHHA registered and Certificate of Pedigree offspring of the permit
stallion shall be inspected. A minimum of ten (10) offspring from each
permit stallion must be inspected. The results of the veterinary exam
will be reviewed by the AHHA Breeding and Registration Committee, which will
make a recommendation to either fully license the stallion or revoke his
permit.
